European Operations

Our European operation has been developing and manufacturing brake noise insulators and gaskets from rubber-coated metal for the European automobile industry (from OEMs to Tier 2) since 1981. Total customer satisfaction is at the heart of our approach and today, some 100 employees support our customers through technical competence, extraordinary service, first-class products and a commitment to continuous improvement encompassing:

  • Continuous improvements in all areas of our business processes with an emphasis on lean management, continuous improvement, kaizen and 5S
  • An emphasis on environment, health and safety and work processes; including ISO TS 16946 and ISO 14001 certification
