Laurent has over 20 years of experience within the automotive industry. Most recently, Laurent held the position of Vice President, Global Rack Drive Steering at ZF Group. In addition, Laurent held multiple global leadership roles at ZF Group and Valeo. He earned his Master’s Degree in Finance & Tax from Institut d’Etudes politiques de Paris in France.

Ivan has over 10 years of manufacturing and global quality experience within the automotive industry. Prior to joining Wolverine, Ivan held the position of Global Quality Account Manager – Ford for Inalfa Roof Systems Inc. Ivan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Anahuac Mexico Norte in Mexico.

Scott has more than 20 years’ experience in business development, global program management and engineering, primarily in the Chinese and Asian automotive industry. Most recently, Scott held the position of OEM Manager – Asia at Atotech Group in China. Scott earned his Master of Sciences – Management of Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Marcelo has over 20 years of manufacturing and engineering experience in the automotive industry. Marcelo held multiple global operations leadership roles working for Fras-le Friction Materials. Marcelo has a Master`s degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Post Graduate Degree in Automotive Mechanical Design from the F.E.I of Sao Bernardo do Campo, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul in Brazil.

Marco has more than 10 years of experience leading global purchasing teams to drive cost reductions and align strategic sourcing techniques to company goals. Most recently, Marco held the position of Procurement Manager at Continental Industries, a division of Hubbell. Marco has a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul/Brazil and will earn his Masters Business Administration Degree in 2020 from Oklahoma State University.

Peter has more than 23 years of professional and global experience within Engineering, Sales & Marketing and R&D within the automotive and brake industry. Peter has a Doctorate and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Sophia University, Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in International Finance from Huron International University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Munich University of Applied Science.
